CICC Objectives:
1. To provide safe shelter to women and their children.
2. To facilitate counseling, education and support for women and their children.
3. To assure community resources are made available to women and their children.
4. To work with existing community organizations to increase community awareness
about domestic abuse and sexual violence, with the aim to eradicate domestic
abuse and sexual violence
